CAART was founded by the couple Massimo Lucci and Palmina Galli in 1961. Their sons Giancarlo, Romeo and Ignazio, collaborators before, at present are the new owners. The factory operate on both national and international market thanks to the opening of important markets and new communication technologies. The wish of autonomy and independence in the productive and commercial choices led the owners to carry out all the working phases into the factory: sculptures, moulds and models, graphic study and lay-out of holy images; metals and wood manufacturing, printing and metallization of plastic materials, production of statues and similars in ecological resin, laser cutting for more advanced items. The inventiveness of the managerial group and the technological refining let the firm to realize precious handwork miniatures, supplying great artistic value reproductions to local autorities like Regions, Town Councils, banks and religious orders in all over the world.

  • Award of Knight of Labor to Massimo Lucci (02/06/1989) and Gold medal to his wife, Palmina Galli, owner of industrial patents 
  • Authorization to use the mark of origin (D.O.C.) by Abruzzo Region for the products of the Regional Artistic Handicrafts.
