The single-pane painted windows are made with innovative techniques that allow for a perfect synthesis between artistic idea, material and color.
Through tests and studies we have developed an innovative technique that allows us, after the firing and melting phase through which the tensions of the glass are eliminated, to pass to the tempering treatment, avoiding the occurrence of bursts or cracks in the sheet.
Through this procedure we obtain sheets with very intense and brilliant colors and at the same time resistant, because they are tempered, on thicknesses starting from 3 and 4 mm. Another milestone of which we are particularly proud is the technique we have developed and which allows us to apply the same method to glass with thicknesses up to 10 mm, more demanding due to the difficulties in cooking and different tensioning. Holes and recesses can be made in sheets of this thickness, to allow them to be used on sliding rails of even large dimensions (maximum size of the single door 90 x 240 cm).
