Statue of Our Lady of the Assumption Murillo - 105 cm

According to tradition t the end of her earthly life, Mary (Jesus Mother) was taken to heaven.

The Assumption of Mary does not necessarily imply death, but neither it excludes it. In compliance with the Catholic thought, the Assumption is an anticipation of the flesh resurrection. It is therefore different from the arrival in Paradise recognised to the different saints, who reached heavenly bliss with their souls alone.

The statue of Our Lady of the Assumption Murillo (105 cm) is made of fiberglass and her eyes are of crystal. This made in Italy product is the result of a precise artisanal process, with a strong attention to details. The statue is entirely hand-painted in classic colours. Upon request, colours can be personalised.

Since the fiberglass is resistant and not heavy, the statue can be carried during processions.

White or bronze finishing is recommended for an outdoor exposure.
